This year, Summer Release, a package of changes and improvements on the Salesforce Platform, came with a slight delay due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. On July 17-18, we can expect a bundle of changes – fixes and new functionalities – in Salesforce tools. All Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud users will have access to them.

If you have not heard yet what Salesforce releases are, let me explain: three times a year, Salesforce introduces updated versions of its applications, enriched with new functionalities and improvements. The changes occur over two to three days (depending on the instance) for all users worldwide and do not affect the customized processes existing at the customers’ orgs.

Let’s get to the point! What changes will be available in the new Salesforce update? We have prepared a subjective selection of news and fixes to download below.
