Scrum Master

Have you ever been in a project in which stakeholders and a Product Owner cannot make a priority decision? Does it seem that the development team could work more efficiently and deliver a working product more often?

These are just a few of the challenges that you can encounter in projects on a daily basis. One of the common causes of these problems may be the lack of a key role in the Agile approach in general or while implementing it.

A Scrum Master is a role that focuses on the needs of the team and specializes in educating about Scrum* and implementing it along with the pillars of empiricism, that is, transparency, inspection, and adaptation.

The Scrum Master works with the Product Owner on an ongoing basis to maximize the value of the product. They are responsible for removing obstacles that prevent the team from completing the task. Also, they take care of the correct implementation of methods and the entire project implementation process. They are responsible for:

• identifying techniques for effective Product Backlog management;
• providing stakeholders with access to information on the progress of project work;
• supporting the team during the planning and implementation of works;
• at the organization level, the Scrum Master focuses on understanding how current processes affect the product and value delivery, and responds to new market information.
