The client sought a solution to help manage the process of submitting, considering and accepting/rejecting research co-financing applications. The solution should facilitate cooperation between several departments and enable questions to be asked and consultations between departments.
In the beginning, Craftware conducted a business analysis of the complex subsidy verification and acceptance process. Then, we proposed a solution based on Salesforce Experience Cloud. After completing the code audit, we convinced the customer of the code refactoring. We have implemented custom solutions that can be encoded in Apex.
The system is a web application based on Salesforce Experience Cloud. It collects applications for grants for medical programs and research from external entities. The system enabled multi-stage application verification and the registration of the required documents. It also helps to direct the process of collecting approvals to the appropriate structures on the client’s side.
