Do I need to install anything to use the self-assessment Salesforce tools?

No, you don’t need to install anything to use the Salesforce Health Check, Salesforce Optimizer and the Salesforce Lightning Page Builder page analysis. Those three tools are already in your Salesforce. For each tool we have created an interactive demo that will guide you through each one of them. The demos can be watched online using any browser.

Is the whole process safe and secure? 

Yes, every part of the process is secure. In the self-assessment part you work within your Salesforce instance, using native Salesforce tools, which while using them will inform you on the recommended changes in particular areas of your Salesforce instance. Those recommendations are in line with Salesforce  best  practices and following them is safe. In the audit part, where our team comes into play, we make sure that all safety measures are in place. Before we start working we sign an NDA.  We will  work only on the data that you provide us with. You have full control over it. However, remember – the more specific the data, the better we can diagnose your case. We do not store or use the data anywhere other than for the purpose of performing the Audit of your Salesforce.

How can I receive the report?

You will receive the report after the at an individual  meeting which finalizes the Audit.. During that meeting we present our findings, and we walk you through the Report. The report will be sent over to you via email  in a PDF file format.

Can you help me fix the issues specified in the report?

Yes. We are ready to help you implement every recommended change, modification or fix in your Salesforce instance that you will be willing to work on. What role in my organization is best fitted to participate in the process?

The most suitable are  Salesforce admins. However, any person who is somehow responsible for configuring and adjusting the system to business goals will be the right person.

What are the prerequisites for me to use the service?

You need to have a Salesforce instance in your organization.

Should I do the self-assessment activities in any particular order?

No, the order doesn’t impact anything. Please choose the demos that suit you the most. However, we suggest doing all of the selected self-assessments.

Can we just take advantage of the audit performed by Craftware and have the job done by them instead of me or my team performing the self-assessment part first?

Self-assessments give the first and the basic view of critical settings. This is a very good starting point for further analysis. We strongly suggest performing assessments first, and then contact us.

Are the two elements of the service linked together? Can I do the self assessment part using the demos and not use the audit?

Yes, you can do the self-assessment and omit the audit part, however why would you if it’s for free and could give you much more?
