Challenges before implementation

By 2030, the current Veeva CRM built on the Salesforce platform will reach its end of life. This change impacts virtually all life sciences organizations that rely on Veeva CRM for managing their commercial operations. To stay ahead of the transition, our client decided to become one of the first global adopters of Veeva Vault CRM, the next-generation CRM platform natively built on Veeva Vault.

The company’s environment was highly complex:

Our role

This large-scale program was one of the first migrations of its kind, involving multiple stakeholders across regions and organizations. It brought together Veeva, a global consulting company, and Craftware as a key migration partner providing deep CRM expertise and hands-on support in critical areas.
