The Challenge
The client was experiencing an increase in downtime on employee-facing terminals in their manufacturing plants, which was causing disruptions and inefficiencies. Their testing team was overwhelmed with a backlog of test cases, which resulted in delayed resolutions. After presenting a proof of concept, the client selected UiPath Test Suite for its user-friendly interface that allows business users to participate in the testing process, and its scalability for broader application testing across the company’s operations.
